The Bank of Agriculture (BOA) is inviting qualified Farmer Aggregation Companies (FACs) and agricultural produce buyers to apply for its 2026/2027 dry-season financing opportunity under the Renewed Hope Smallholder Support and Value-Chain Programme.
The initiative aims to support smallholder farmers through agricultural inputs, irrigation equipment and market linkages that connect farmers with produce buyers.
Eligible applicants include farmer aggregation companies working with organised farmer groups, produce off-takers with established farmer supply networks, and organisations with experience supporting smallholder farmers.
Applicants must provide verifiable farmer records, details of proposed farm locations and cultivation areas, and evidence of access to reliable water sources or functional irrigation systems. Relevant experience in farmer aggregation or produce purchasing is also required.
The application deadline is 2 November 2026. The available announcement does not specify the funding amounts, interest rates or repayment terms.
